How can I book a home visit?
You can book an appointment by clicking the "Request Home Visit" button on the website, or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or phone.
How long do analysis results take?
The time depends on the type of analysis. Most routine tests show results within 3 to 6 hours, while some specialized tests may take 24 to 48 hours.
Is fasting required before sample collection?
Not all tests require fasting. Sugar and lipid tests (such as cholesterol) require fasting for 8-12 hours. Please inquire when booking.
How do I get my analysis results?
We will send you an SMS once the results are out, containing a secure link to view and download them. You can also receive them from the branch.
Do you accept medical insurance?
Yes, we contract with major insurance companies in the Kingdom. Please bring your insurance card and national ID to verify coverage when visiting the branch.
