- Informing the patient of all details of laboratory procedures and potential risks, if any.
- Obtaining a copy of analysis results and a full explanation of normal ranges.
- Being in a safe and clean environment during sample collection.
- The right to submit suggestions and complaints and receive a response from the lab management.
Second: Patient Responsibilities
- Providing correct and accurate information about identity and medical history.
- Complying with pre-examination instructions (such as fasting) to ensure result accuracy.
- Respecting medical staff and employees and adhering to laboratory rules.
- Adhering to booking times, especially for the home laboratory service.
- Paying the required fees for medical services provided.
- Informing the staff of any concerns or health reactions during sample collection.
